We were so thrilled to receive some support from local Coast Life Magazine about our Sweet Sundays concert series this summer. A wonderful photo of me sitting in with the amazing Burying Ground was captured by my friend Kristen Dennis and used on a sweet 2 page story. The concert series was a great success and sure helped us all enjoy live music together in a safe and beautiful setting. We look forward to next summer and hopefully we can host a much larger audience to enjoy more outstanding talent. Thnx to all who purchased tickets and to the super talented folks who graced our stage each Sunday. It was a real honour to open and close the series with my Tree-O and have the Hot Club of Mars finish the series off with a real bang. I sure loved kicking off each concert with a mini set that included special guests along with me who learned my originals for the shows. What a treat to share the stage with Michael Friedman, Simon Kendall, Wynston Minkler, Budge Schachte, Karen Graves, John Ellis and Oliver Swain. I sure enjoyed every moment and we even went live to Facebook to help document the shows. It was a little quick and dirty on the stream but we captured it and you can always check it out under Deanna Knight Music on FB.
